The other three are Ohio, Oklahoma and Washington state. There are many hits when doing a Google search but nothing I have seen from the states' actual web sites showing and or quoting the legalise of resolution.
I also read last year about the state of Montana passing secession legislation over the 2nd amendment. Haven't rediscovered that link although doing a Google search brings the expected multiple million hits. Interestingly, it appears all states at one time or another have rattled the secession sabre and those are found here.
Regardless, I believe we will live to see armed conflict in America again and with the blessing of and resulting from the long-term planning of the largely liberal stranglehold on this country since the election of FDR. There can be no question where our current president stands concerning personal liberty and freedom - I would think the idea of a Civil Defense Corps would give you a reminder and clue, of things like the SS and or other Brown-Shirted, Jack-Booted thugs sent into the night by other power hungry elitest of human history. And if he can only get all those damned guns out of the equation...
